    Lower abs you can do leg raises on the floor. Lay down put your hands on the floor and raise your legs in the air
    upper abs just to basic crunches – you don’t have to go all the way up just lift your shoulder up off the ground
    And chest you can do pushups

    Resistance bands are cheap and give you a great workout! You can find them at a sporting goods store, or maybe at places like Target or WalMart.
